ITS Logistica Puglia collaborates withthe business world in order to build training paths and educational projects that meet the employability demands and needs of the evolving labour market.

The Foundation promotes networking and successful partnerships by selecting experienced trainers to be involved in ITS school training programs and by triggering active policy interventions to its fellowcompanies and institutions.

For this reason, companies can arrange free of charge internships where students will have the chance to access the labour market as well as to acquire a specific professional background in line with their training paths.

Extracurricular internships represent the perfect occasionfor students to put the theoretical notions learnt through the school lessons into practice and, at the same time, to know the real configuration of a workplace, where they can test themselves into a precise job activity.

In addition, the company has the chance to benefit from the advantages offered by apprenticeship contracts,  which will guarantee to student all the necessary training, in order to achieve all the professional skills required for the role and for the assignment given.

Some of the benefits for the companies that will join the ITS network are:

• Regular support: ITS provides a Tutor who will personally follow both the company and the student in all the initial phases and, above all, will be there whenever further assistance will be needed.
• Customized internship: all the aspects of the project, such as time schedules, assigned role, educational targets, will be based on the business requirements and on the student’s attitudes and skills.
